Basic (Featured Listing): Your course will become a “featured listing” on our website. As such, it will appear at the top of the list of courses in your state. Further, you can write the copy (up to 150 words) for the listing and include your contact information and a link to your website. COST:

$400 for six months
$600 until it’s sold
Add $50 to include a picture

Gold: The Gold package includes the Basic above, plus a custom web page for your course, providing important information and sales materials for prospective buyers. The featured listing on our website will include a link to this webpage, but you can also use this link in your own advertising.

$1,750 for six months ($100/month thereafter)

Premium: Includes the Gold package above, plus we will email our buyers and other golf course brokers information about your course, including your contact info. This way you will reach their buyers as well as ours! Cost: $2,000
Custom: Need help in other areas, such as creating flyers, ads, etc., we can help! Let us set up a customized plan to suit your needs.
