  • Business & Marketing Plan Preparation --  SGA can write your business and marketing plan, providing you with a blueprint for success!  With cash flow projections, these plans can also be used to help secure funding.
  • Short- or Long-term Consulting - SGA will provide expertise to help you more effectively manage your operations.  We can help you in any of the major areas including course maintenance, course operations, pro shop sales, food and beverage, memberships, and marketing.  Unlike other companies, SGA will tailor the consulting to your needs and time frames. 
  • Short- or Long Term Course Management - Want to get out from day-to-day course management?  SGA offers comprehensive management services.  Unlike most management companies, SGA will customize its contracts to fit your needs, including managing only specific areas of need such as course operations or marketing.  SGA will also accept short-term assignments such as turn-around situations, bankruptcies, etc.
